La Ringhiera was founded in Milan in 1989 by a group of university students from out of town who needed accommodation during their studies; thanks to the experience gained in searching for and acquiring apartments and managing them during the rental period, some of them decided to create a real business activity, in the form of a cooperative, that could continue to support all students looking for housing solutions.
Given the growing demand for short-term accommodation, La Ringhiera has decided to offer a new service dedicated to all those looking for a temporary housing solution.
We know that those who come to Milan for study or work have little time to search for accommodation and handle the contractual, management and maintenance aspects of the apartment, which is why La Ringhiera offers “turnkey” solutions.
Following a well-established reality in other European countries and supported by the ever-increasing demand for temporary accommodation from the university world, in recent years a new form of living has emerged: social residence. These are one or more buildings consisting of apartments of different types intended for university students, researchers, professors and workers in general.
